Terms
Last updated: 15 August 2026
These terms govern work between Sharpreel and a client. Every project is documented in its own quote, and the scope, timeline, and price in that quote take precedence over anything here.
Scope
- The quote sets the scope: how many films, their length, the sizes delivered, and how many revision rounds.
- Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it is produced, never produced and then billed.
- Delivery time starts when all material has been received, not from the date of agreement.
Process and approvals
- We start with a proposed ad angle, then a visual storyboard you approve before any generation begins.
- That approval is a fixed point: a fundamental change to the idea afterwards is treated as a new project.
- Revisions within the agreed rounds cover pace, copy, colour, and visual detail. They do not cover changing the idea.
Client material
- You confirm you hold the right to use the images, copy, logos, and audio you send.
- We are not liable for any ownership dispute arising from material you supplied.
- We don't use your material in other work or in promotion without your permission.
Intellectual property
- Full ownership of the final work transfers to you on final payment, for advertising and publishing with no time or territory limit.
- Internal working files, prompts, and method remain ours.
- We may show the work in our portfolio only with your explicit approval, and you can withdraw that approval at any time.
AI and transparency
- Work is produced with AI tooling, and the tools used are named on a spec card with every delivery.
- We do not generate real, identifiable people or their voices without documented consent from them.
- Making sure advertising claims match reality and regulation is the client's responsibility as the advertiser.
Payment
- Price is agreed in writing before work starts. Prices are not published on the site and are built per project.
- A first payment precedes the start of work; the balance is due on final delivery and before ownership transfers.
- Cancelling after storyboard approval does not include a refund of the first payment, because production has begun.
What we don't guarantee
We do not guarantee a specific advertising result. The numbers shown on our site are results that actually happened in past campaigns under their own conditions. They are not a promise of repetition. Campaign performance depends on the product, the price, the audience, the budget, and the competition, and most of that sits outside production.
Confidentiality
Plans, prices, and performance data you share are treated as confidential and are not disclosed to a third party without your permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disagreement is addressed directly and in good faith first.
