This page explains what happens to your data when you visit sharpreel.com or message us. It was written to be read, not signed.

What we don't do

• There is no signup and no user account on this site.
• We don't sell your data or share it with data brokers.
• Fonts, images, and video thumbnails are served from our own server, so browsing this site sends no request to Google Fonts or YouTube. The one outside request while you browse is our analytics tool, Google Analytics.

What we collect

Aggregate visit data. We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, from which country, which pages get read, and when a contact button is tapped or a video is opened. It is aggregated and does not identify you.

What you send us. When you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we keep the message and any files in it for as long as it takes to reply and deliver the project. The email form on the site sends nothing to our server: it opens a ready message in your own email app, and you choose whether to send it.

Third parties

• Google Analytics: visit and interaction measurement, as described above.
• YouTube: when you tap a video it plays inside the site in YouTube's privacy-enhanced player (youtube-nocookie.com), which does not load until you tap. Google's policy applies to playback.
• Storyboard example: a page hosted outside our site, opened in a window here only when you tap it.
• WhatsApp: tapping the message button hands you to WhatsApp, where Meta's privacy policy applies.
• Our Instagram, X, Threads, YouTube, and LinkedIn accounts: those links open on their platforms, where their policies apply once you leave us.

Cookies

The site itself sets no cookies to function. Google Analytics sets measurement cookies, and the YouTube player may set cookies when a video plays. You can block them in your browser or with a tracker-blocking extension, and the site works fully without them.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Send the request onWhatsApp or throughthe email form in our contact section, and we reply within seven working days.

Client material

Material you send to run your project, such as product images, copy, and brand assets, stays yours. We don't reuse it in other work or in any promotion without your permission, and we don't publish your work without your explicit approval.

Changes

This page may be updated. The date at the top says when it last changed, and material changes are sent directly to active clients.
